Roadside Assistance

Roadside Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist members
when owned or leased vehicles are disabled as a result of unavoidable circumstances.
Members will only have to pay for any non-covered expenses or covered costs in excess
of the 15 miles per occurrence maximum (up to $80 retail value). Coverage is extended
to the member, spouse, and dependent children up to 26 years of age permanently
residing at registered address when driving any vehicles that they own or lease
for 12 months or longer.

Legal Care Direct Small Business

Free Attorney Provided Services include unlimited initial phone consultations during
business hours for new legal matters, Initial telephone calls made/Initial letters
written on behalf of your business if deemed appropriate by plan attorney (two per
month), Initial collection letters (10 per quarter), and One on one consultations
for each new legal matter (30 minute time limit per subject matter). Attorney will
review 5 contracts (10 pages each) per quarter.

When deemed appropriate, attorneys will write letters and/or make phone calls on
member’s behalf.

Safe Identity is a proactive program specifically designed to identify Identity
Theft in its early stages, and to help bring the member’s identity back to a pre-theft
status. If potential fraudulent activity is found, a personal phone call is placed
to the member. Includes Identity Risk Score, ID Restoration Service, ID Theft Insurance
(up to $25,000). Members receive a 60-minute telephone consultation on avoiding
Identity Theft.
