Thomas combines his experience in telecommunications, business information, call
center management and direct sales to lead HealthCare On Call's operational needs.
He is responsible for overall day-to-day operations, and implementing strategies,
processes and technologies that improve productivity and efficiency. Prior to HealthCare
On Call, Sparacio directed national and overseas call centers for Dun and Bradstreet
Inc., Synchronoss Technologies Inc. and Aetna Inc. His proven leadership will ensure
value and profitability to the organization.
He is accomplished in analyzing and creating client relationships, negotiating contracts
and expanding customer growth.
Thomas earned a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from State University
College in Brockport, N.Y. Thomas is a resident of McKinney, Texas.
After studying philosophy at the University of Leuven in Belgium, Dries earned his
Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University in Irving,
Texas. Specializing in Digital Forensics, Dries went on to complete Master of Business
Administration and Master of Information Systems Management degrees with highest
honors. Dries is actively exploring PhD options, mainly because being known as "Dr.
Dries" would be a great opportunity to teach his kids about alliterations.
Prior to HealthCare On Call, Dries was a technical writer focusing on IT Security
for JupiterMedia and WebMediaBrands, in addition to running his own IT consulting
business in the Microsoft Partner Network. He also served as a department manager
for Carrefour Belgium, the second-largest retailer worldwide.
Dries is a member of the Microsoft IT Council, and is a resident of Allen, TX.
Warren has been deeply involved in the process of procedures and sales his entire
professional career. He studied Business and Business Psychology at Abilene Christian
College and went to work in the sales arena immediately thereafter with Macmillan
Publishing, the 7th largest publisher in America, as an Outside Sales Manager for
college and academic titles.
After 10 years as a Major Accounts Manager for US Sprint, he spent the next 10 years
working for a non-profit organization, Total TV (now Bluefish TV) and served on
their Presidential Advisory Board.
Warren has worked in Health Insurance and related fields for the past several years.
Pat obtained a Master’s Degree in International Marketing from the University of
Greenwich - London, U.K. The program was an MBA with a concentration on International
Marketing, which was highlighted by a dissertation in Global eCommerce. Additional
degrees include a Double BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of
Texas – Austin, and an Associate’s Degree in Real Estate from Austin Community College.
His Academic background and experience are extensive as well. He has taught at the
College and University levels since 1975, and is currently a member of the Adjunct
faculties at Huston Tillotson University – Austin, TX and Hochschule Anhalt University
– Köthen, Germany. Additionally, he teaches Real Estate and Mortgage Finance classes
at the University and Professional school level.
Pat has corporate level Management and Marketing experience with International companies
such as Xerox, Proctor & Gamble, and The Upjohn Company (now Pfizer). He has extensive
experience in account creation, design, development, and management in the following
areas with a global perspective: marketing, marketing research, advertising, public
relations, and distribution. Pat has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State
of Texas since 1975 and also maintains Mortgage Lending (RMLO) and Insurance licenses.
